Triple SOTD post:
Over the last two weeks or so, ive been using arko almost exclusively, as well as testing out the proraso with the schick injector, and i must say that it works very well. I've noticed i dont need quite as much slickness when using an injector, so the proraso works perfectly. As for the Arko, its absolutely unbeatable. The slickness and lather it produces when face lathering is unbeatable, and the stuff lasts forever! Ive attached a photo showing how much ive used compared to a fresh stick in a four month period where i used it for a minimum of twice a week. Its my go to for speed shaves, and i find myself using it more and more lately.

Starting our return trip back home and leaving behind the Mediterranean Sea. This shave is my usual travel OTG, which was reasonably good just before my wife marched into the bathroom ending in a nice cut below the jaw line.
Overall a good shave, the post shave from this Lea soap bar is not as good as I am used to. However, for an OTG shave it was good.

Catie’s Bubbles La Terre Verte today. 20 seconds to load the John’s Brushes Silvertip brush. Easy, thick, slick, lather. Vintage Gillette Platinum Plus still in the Gillette Slim. Excellent smooth, close, shave. I finished with Country Club Southern Oud aftershave.

So, I recieved this NOS Gillette travel kit from @lassmanac awhile back. And have been just staring at it so today I gave it a go! I truly didn't know what to expect. Chucked in a new blade and picked a great soap and went to town. Wow! Great shave! Razor is light and the handle was not too short. 3 finger hold just like my Timeless Titanium. 3 pass face and 2 pass head. No redness, nicks or irritation, extremely satisfying. I see a lot of use from this little dude in the future. Sorry about all the pictures.....
