What are you listening to?

been listening to the Orson Welles seasons of The Shadow. It's a ton of fun and nobody can compete with Welles for sheer gusto in performance. Plus I get to pick up on the 1930's pronunciations, like "SACK-ruh-fiss" for sacrifice, and "uh-TOP-sih"for autopsy.
 
Earlier in the month, I spent a few days in Paris, where I picked up a recent re-edition of Vous et nous by Brigitte Fontaine & Areski Belkacem, from 1977. Really a nice album, involving world music, experimental music, and classic pop. Here are a couple of links in the pop vein:
