Used a razor assembled from a head and comb (closed) and handle that I bought from West Coast Shaving and a Personna blade. More aggressive than my usual Edwin Jager 89, but closer shave and no nicks or cuts. I'm new to safety razor shaving, but getting bolder.

Went over to the area between light and dark, used my Schick M1 Adjustable with a Chinese Schick blade on it's 7th outing. I'll say this, you can hurry through a shave with it, even set up around 7, get a close shave, and still not get eaten alive. - My only gripe is how often you need to rinse it clean, having no 2nd edge to flip and use.

I call it the area between light and dark, since it shaves sort of like a *cough* cartridge *cough* compared to a DE. Not quite, but just a little like one, only more efficient, with a sharper blade.
