Unacceptably Lasering Chicken Giblets?
I had a great workout week.
Although I worked 2 16 hour shifts I was still able to get in a run all 7 days of the week. Everything just worked out great.
I logged 36 miles and change for the week just in runs.
Total steps: 142,642 = 71.90 miles

I am a little sore but I am not injured.
No pain.

Color me impressed! Those 16 hour shifts are something of a marathon in and of themselves. :thumbup1:
