From my naked eye it looks ok but why don't you try shaving with it first?

Looks quite good to me especially if it shaves okay. Bear in mind the picture is blown up about x6.3 normal size.
I have the Progress and they are great razors.

FWIW, I wrote a review of the Variant after using one for the better part of a year: Parker Variant: Long(ish)-term Review

So far, no issues to report, consistently good, drama-free shaves.
