What's new

What are you drinking tonight?

I'll be on a Singapore Airlines flight home tonight, and I have splashed out some airmiles to travel up the pointy end so Krug will be on offer, and taken advantage of!

In just a few hours, in the midst of a Denver snow storm, I will have my every Friday afternoon special Manhattan... four ounces of sublime joy!

Curious to know! Though both are from Brown-Forman, I find the 1920 to have more depth and character than Woodford Reserve. Also, have you compared 1910 to 1920?
Both are very good pours. I prefer the Old Forester 1910 based on more depth of flavor. The Woodford Double Oaked is much sweeter to my palette. Yes, the Old Forester 1920 is one of my favorite bourbons. It’s much more of a frontal assault on the palette due to the higher proof. I need to snag another bottle of the 1920 and mix some of the 1910 with it to make some homemade 1915. I’ve seen a few posts where folks really seem to like the combination of the two.
