Don’t know what to think of AE retro brush

One thing I forgot to mention is its on the larger side of 24mm. Its more like a 28 when its broken in and spreads out. Try loading a little heavier next time and see what kind of results you get.

Don’t know what to think of AE retro brush

I have one, the badger version. I love the "barber" style handles in shave brushes so I picked it up. The loft is a bit higher than I am used too but I haven't had any issues with it eating lather. I leave that job to my Zenith boar... lol. I have used my A&E badger about 10 times or so and have...

    new stirling soap I bought

Stirling Soap makes fantastic products for the price compared to other artisans. Not to mention they are just down to earth people, and care about their customers. Glad you are enjoying the Iced Pineapple. Piacenza, Baker Street, Barbershop, and Margaritas in the Arctic are some of my favorites.

Sterling Soap Woes (perhaps it's me)—Suggest Alternatives

Sorry to hear about the Stirling woes. I love the soap and have had no issues with it. Not sure if this was mentioned but you can always test the soap on your inner forearm before applying it to the face to see if you get any sort of reaction or irritation. Mitchell's Wool Fat, and Haslinger are...
