I have been edging my beard with a straight razor for about a year and a half, and have just completely shaved my head for the first time. I used my straight razor to shave my head the other night pretty successfull, a cou0ke of minor nicks. Just looking for any advice, very tricky when...
I think that of the overall population probably far fewer buy soaps or creams than buy balms and oils, with beards being very in and hipster I think there is probably a huge market for beard care/taming.
Regarding soaps and creams I think that is probably a more niche product. Many people only...
I need a beard trimmer to keep my beard tidy between hair cuts when the barber does it. I’ve never trimmed my beard so no idea what I need, however I keep the edges smart with my straight razor.
My beard is currently a number 3 at the sides and number 5 at the front but that may well...
I bought the razor from billyji1 so I was going to send it off to him to hone, however he doesn’t seem to have anything for sale at all at the moment so I can’t contact him on eBay. I’ve tried to contact him on a different forum, so I’ll see if he gets back to me. I wouldn’t know who else to...

Better lather today, I used the guide on here to refresh myself, embarrassing for someone who has been shaving with brush and...
Great video, just had a watch, he’s actually quite firm with the razor! He also keeps the scales out to the side out of the way when shaving bottom to top on his neck, probably how I should do it. The bottom to top grip on the Badger and Blade Wiki is awkward for the neck.
Regarding the above I contacted Larry at Whipped Dog recently and he said we was getting too many special requests with the Sight Unseen so he is just going to photograph them and list them all separately now.
