    Going Sockless

I'm with you on this one. Sperrys are the only shoes I wear all summer long and definitely without socks. Once broken in, these shoes are incredibly comfortable, they have excellent grip even when wet (hence "boat shoes") and they can be both formal and casual (especially when living near a beach.

    Post your shave setup

During a recent hotel stay, I noticed the sink had this nice bamboo tray on which the toiletries were placed. I moved the items aside and put all my shaving "equipment" in their place. It looked awesome! That got me wondering how many of you set up your shave area. Please post a picture /...

Looking to get started for under $50

It seems the drug stores are a great place to pick up a few of the essentials to get me started. Then once I become more familiar, I'll be better at figuring out what I want to try. Pretty sure I've used Old Spice AS before. Is that a valid option?

New here. Tired of paying for poor quality disposables.

Thank you all for the very warm welcome. My goals for shaving can be summarized as follows: 1. Get a better shave with less irritation. 2. Enjoy shaving instead of "dealing" with it. 3. Save some money by straying away from the cartridge types. I'm going to check out some consignment shops...

New here. Tired of paying for poor quality disposables.

Hello all - @TheJameel sent me over here to get started with proper shaving. I've always used a disposable or an electric shaver - both of which left me with poor results. Looking to get started with wet shaving, but not sure where to begin or what I need to get started. Any input or...
