    Kiss My Face Replacement

Thanks!! I have actually been meaning to try Nancy Boy for a while so maybe the time has come. Is their website the only place to get it? I am not a huge fan of the Speick scent, although their stick does give a fantastic lather. Has anyone else tried Marlowe? I have to confess that I do not...

    Kiss My Face Replacement

Thanks for all the suggestions! Re Cremo: I tried it when it first hit the shelves years ago. Though I do recall it being very slick, is it still extremely thin? And is it hydrating?

    Kiss My Face Replacement

Apparently, Kiss My Face (KMF) is not going to be available for the foreseeable future. After a rough few days, I am on the fifth stage of grief--acceptance. Does anyone know a good replacement? I am not asking for generic cream recommendations. I am looking for something that is (1)...

Anyone shave exclusively with shave creams?

Can you describe it a bit more? I’ve seen it mentioned consistently but never myself used it. How does it compare to others?

Anyone shave exclusively with shave creams?

I was just thinking about this the other day. Like many, I used creams more when I first started wet shaving because I found them so much more forgiving. I eventually moved to soaps and thought I would never look back. Soaps seem to be more plentiful, more advanced, more flexible (water to soap...

    Semogue Mistura SOC

Wow. That looks awesome! When did that come out? I have two Semogue mixed knots—the barbear Classico and the SOC LE from a few years ago (resin handle). That looks a lot like the latter, which is a spectacular brush, but with a nicer handle. I might have to get one of those. I can always...

    Boar “Grades” ?????

1305 is a great (and cheap) way to try out something close to an SOC if you’re on the fence.

    Maca Root Shave Cream

Sorry—so just to clarify, they are discontinuing the old formula globally, or just in some places?

    Maca Root Shave Cream

The more I use this, the more I become convinced it’s one of the best values out there. It seems to have the slickness of Cremo with all the benefits of a lathering cream. Really good stuff. I bought three extra tubs which are now in cold storage (i.e., double ziplock bags).

    Semogue 1305

I do not know precisely why, but I do not believe this is correct. There are some older threads that trace out all the different models, but I think the 1305 is the only one with its particular type of bristles.
