    1965 razors and cabinet

Awesome collection! That display case is the perfect item to show your stuff off too.

Well that's too bad (not liking a razor that much anymore)

Enjoy the ride. In a few years you may give it another try and because of your technique (grip, angle pressure, etc) you may find that the 1904 is a joy to shave with again.

Why do people bother with The Veg?

I think it's a "tongue on a 9 volt battery" thing. You just have to experience it for yourself. I have also learned that when anyone says "here, smell this", to run away. I may be chosen, I may not be chosen, I will never find out.

    Tabac - don't be afraid!

Oh I sooo much love the performance. I just can't get past the scent. Don't call me a hater, I'm just not a liker. Cheers to all of you that like/love the scent.

The greatest soap on Earth: Tabac

After reading several posts about Tabac's scent I did an experiment with my 3 brothers that are not into traditional shaving. We are all in our early 40's to 50 years old. I told them to close their eyes and give me their opinion of the scent. I got responses such as "classic, manly, spicy...

    Synthetic woes

I have an Omega "S" and a Satin Tip and I will say that I DO know what you are talking about. I don't use a finger from my free hand though, I just wipe the side of the brush on my face at the beginning of the next pass. This does not however, result in a lack of soap for subsequent passes since...

Hmmm, a poor man's Aristocrat? It does look sweet. Do you know how much it weighs? I would love to hear from some others that have used it.
