Ethiopia Korate Wet Process, roasted yesterday and brewed in Technivorm. Hold crow did I nail this roast. All candy in this one - Lemonheads and Jolly Ranchers. Really a unique and excellent bean.

Tanzania Blackburn Estate. This is a great coffee, and I have to admit I nailed the roast. Ripe pears, chocolate-dipped. Yum.

The "Brazil Fazenda Cachoeira Canario 2008-2009" arrived yesterday, brewed a big mug full.

first impressions, it's different, only just started this coffee thing so it's a bit of a surprise hit, but it is nice once I got past the acidy type tone. Not as good as the Brazil Fazenda Cachoeira Bourbon crop, still my fave, which I jsut notice has been removed from Has bean and makes me a very sad panda ;-;

Big love from a tiny tiny bean.

Columbian Supremo - reasonably recent roast from Red Barn, ground 30 minutes or so ago. French pressed.

Tastes remarkably like a good cup of coffee. :biggrin:
