Prep: Hot shower:/Cien ~ Pure Fragrance free Bath Soap Body Wash. & Vosene Shampoo.


Pre:

warm wet flannel to my face.


Wilkinsons Fruits ~ Coconut & Vanilla Body Butter.

Brush: Chinese synthetic .

Face Lather.

Soap: Blue's Goat Milk .

Blade: Shark Super Stainless .(1)

Razor: Ming Shi 2000s. (Settings) 2.5: WTG, 3: XTG, 4: ATG+Pick Ups.

Warm wet flannel/ cold wet flannel to rinse my face.

Post:

Alum Block./Cold Water Face Rinse./Aloe vera Gel.

Greetings,

A new shave set up to start the weekend,I've carried on using the Blue's Goat milk soap, something i normally don't do, but after the wonderful performance from my previous shave i've used this superb soap again, which provided me with another wonderful slick protective lather,yet again. A wonderful soap.

The ming shi 2000s razor excelled the shave eliminating my stubble effortlessly with each pass, it's always a pleasure to shave with this amazingly efficient razor,today was no exception.

A wonderful 3 pass + pick ups silky smooth shave with no errors to report.

Finishing the shave off in old school style with a generous splash of Dana ~ English Leather A/S.

My face is super smooth & smelling wonderful.

Enjoy the start of the weekend, ladies & gentlemen.

I left the soap for a while drying and has reduce substantially de volume. The performance is very good, impressive lather , and the scent is nice, good for a warm and humid day like today in Hobart, but still strange the sense that probably would have needed more time of "maturation"...

Van Yulay Oh, Baby! today. 20 seconds to load the Wild West/Elite Manchurian White brush. Easy, thick, slick, but “slimy” lather. Perma-Sharp Super in the Fat Boy. Smooth, close, but “slimy” shave. I finished with Stirling Agar aftershave.

Pre-shave prep: face wash with a sandalwood soap from India / warm water compress with a shaving towel

DE-razor: Parker 99R (TTO)

Blade: Gillette Silver Blue (#3)

Brush: Maggard „Black & White“ 30mm

Shaving cream: Barbearia de Bairro PRINCIPE REAL

Lathering: bowl lather

Finish-off: WWR, CWR, cold water compress with shaving towel, Alum block, THAYERS Organic Witch Hazel Lavender-Mint Astringent, with added menthol cristals.

Aftershave splash: none

Aftershave balm: Speick Active

Segal Unitary Razor (1933). I used both a well stropped Segal blade and a trimmed Supermax Platinum, both of which did well. Precisely trimming the modern blade is a little tricky but you can tweak alignment on the bottom plate before tightening if you need to.

Last Nights Shave 2/9/2018

WEST COAST SHAVING DE Razor (short fat handle that has the COOLEST look) with a Open Comb head and a new Treat Black Beauty Carbon Blade. I picked up this stirling ROSE soap and splash during the Christmas season - it was offered only in Refill puck and Small splash bottle for a AMAZING price - I also got there Polo Red Tribute in same sizes - I don't need any more shave software - but the pricing was amazing on these.
GREAT ROSE SHAVE!!! I love Rose scents and the soap commander ROSE Balm just matched perfectly. Also used the stirling tuxedo knot brush that also cost around 9 bucks.. bargain central
