Oh sorry about that, I didn't mean to offend, if I did. The second half of my reply wasn't directed at you, but to everyone reading it. Hope there's no hard feelings. Just thought I'd clarify.
I use some sewing machine oil and my dremmel tool with a buffer.

You can buy them at pharmacy or Walmart...

I've seen them on Amazon too. Around $5 for 4 double-sided picks. I should probably grab a pack...
