Quick Question on Kent/Mitchell's Wool Fat Shaving Soap

I picked up a Kent/Mitchell's Wool Fat Shaving Soap and wooden bowl off Kent Brush's Ebay Store. To my understanding they were selling off the old bowl and replacing with a new version, has the shaving soap itself changed shape/size?

I can't wait to shave with the stuff this weekend.

To the best of my knowledge no, the physical dimensions of the soap have not changed.

Well I tried the Kent/Mitchell's Wool Fat soap this moring, all I can say is, "I understand now."

There is bit of a learning curve to get a decent lather but it's worth the effort, I think I had the best shave ever with this Soap.
