gift suggestions for a new razor

A Murker HD is a great razor, in my opinion. I loved mine, although I gave it to one of my kids.

+1! That would be a great choice in the ‘mild/moderate‘ range you prefer! Plus easily available.

Most Razorock razors are within your price range (as I recall most start at 55 bucks). They are machined from solid stainless steel, quite a bargain, and have nice a variety of razors.

I've use the Game Changer 68P and 68OC, and the Hawk V3, which is a very nice, affordable option if you prefer a single edge that uses Artist Club style blades.

Really, can't go wrong.

I will second or is it third the Razorock Gamechanger from Italian barber. I have the .68sb and use it most days.

Look no farther than the Muhle Rocca R94, or 95, or 96....whatever floats your boat. Way better in my opinion than the DE89 or R89.

Just google a bit for Leaf Shave, Twig and you can find all info you’ll need. In short, a mild razor (but effective) that takes half a DE blade.
