Best jar salsa

🤔 Bought a jar of some generic mild... Mixed the ghost pepper half jar into it. Refilled both with mixture.

🤔 Now I have two 3/4 full jars that are too hot to eat. 😅

Mix some into sour cream and spoon the mixture over your favorite Mexican food. It is sensational over steamed tamales, on some black beans, or dotting individually crafted nachos.

Oh, I've been choking it down (🤔 though I can't say "no sweat")

Ghost Pepper actually tastes great if you can hack it.

I agree completely on the flavor. My favorite hot sauce is Melinda's Naga Jolokia. It is just wonderful to put about five or six drops on a fried egg. The taste is just right, and the lips hang onto a pleasant tingle that lasts.

I grew up in Los Angeles. My dad only bought La Victoria salsa. I moved to San Antonio in 1988. I still order from La Victoria. Haven't found anything else that enjoy as much.

I am half way through a jar of Trader Joe's Corn & Chile Salsa.

My wife said I did not like it the first time we tried it but I am enjoying it now. It is too mild for my tastes and I do really like the fresh tomatoes coming out of my garden. So, I will likely use the next jar as a base for making up my own Franken-salsa.

Not made for these times.
Currently enjoying this. Excellent heat and flavor! I like Mrs. Renfro's as well.
