New Year’s Resolution:
Starting Saturday I start running again. Training for tennis and living fit.
Thanks @TinyT!Good luck!
Norwich England. How cool!1.42 miles
I've been pushing the pace a bit lately (unconciously) but today was a great run, nice and easy!

I ran 681.6 miles in 2020, and maintained a streak of running at least a mile every day since Feb 28th.
For 2021 I'm shooting for maintaining the everyday streak and we'll see how many miles that ends up. I think I can get to 700. Typically I go 1.2 each morning before work, then on days when I'm off work I go 3.2. That was the routine for 2020 and it worked well.
Went 3.2 this morning in a light, cold rain (about 45 degrees F)
A nice hot shower, shave, and steaming cup of coffee with egg, sausage and avocado toast was enjoyed afterward. I then settled in and did absolutely nothing the rest of the days besides read and watch college football

There is still a fair amount of ice in the neighborhood.

Tiny, did you say you used to run more?
