Yeah, groove is just what they do. I recommend starting with their self titled album ("The Main Squeeze").Oh man. Wow. From the first note these guys nail the groove and burn. Ok gonna have to go check out their original stuff now.

so glad they only used the out-of-tune piano for an effect.Their original tunes are fantastic, too...these guys can PLAY.
This is much more fun than the original...Oh man. Wow. From the first note these guys nail the groove and burn. Ok gonna have to go check out their original stuff now.
I think these guys make it their own while still paying homage to the mighty original! This is much more fun than the original...
Nice crunchy crunch on the guitar! I dig this one.

love the effects on this!
That's too bad. Dee is one of those guitar guys unknown to most casual fans but who is essential to the front man's recognizable sound. A better guitarist than Dee, Martin Barre is another of those out-of-the-limelight guys- despite the distinctiveness of the flute, there's no Jethro Tull sound without Martin. I always thought Dee's best work was around the time of Yellow Brick Road- he totally ripped it up on Funeral for a Friend/Love Lies Bleeding.I have NEVER cared for Dee Johnstone's guitar sound. Something about it I just find grating. Ruins most tunes for me.
I would pay good money to see these dudes. So much talent.Since you guys liked that, here's another.
