I was 10 minutes late with my shave this morning. I overslept. The dog wanted out at midnight and 1am. So I shaved at 0640 instead of 0630.
How wonderful the Tabac shave was. Just as I remember. The lather was oh so marshmallow cream-like. This is gonna be a wonderful couple of days, weeks, months, years??????

@martym hey man, one question. You used MdC for year nad a half straight, do you think it is worth the money? Is it the best think in the world? Will my life turn 180 degrees when I buy it?

To me yes.
I prefer Tabac though

I used the Haslinger from the previous Giveaway this morning. It was my first time using Haslinger. It's a great soap. Performance is very similar to MWF, maybe just a tad easier to lather. I'm going to use them all on their own for a bit, but this thread has me considering creating a Tabac / MWF / Haslinger frankensoap...

I've created a monster!!! Pic heavy.

Actually I created a a solution to the age old debate of which is better, Tabac or Mitchell's Wool Fat shaving soap. There are many reasons why one would argue in favor of one over the other. The fragrance, ease of lathering, longevity of the shop as a whole, slickness, and post shave skin...

MWF + any Haslinger in 50/50 ratio makes a great soap. I would hesitate to add Tabac, though, that might be too much of a witch's brew.
