This was dinner last night. Chicken quarters, Zucchini, baked potatoes, and a garden salsa hot pepper (that one was just for me, lol).

Just pulled the trigger on some Fogo Super Premium and a sampler of different woods (cherry, apple, mesquite, and oak, I think it was). Pretty excited to do my first bit of real smoking.

I just finished 18 sirloin patties and 12 hod dogs on the pit. 1/3 pound patties and 1/4 pound weenies.
Lunch for the next 10 work days in a row.
