Mango - I can't tell from the photo, but is the harp/lyre painted on the scales, or is it an inlay (sliver, stainless, other)? If the latter, is this NOS (like many of your razors)? Curious, as I've not seen that scale before.Filarmonica Especial 14

It’s a Silver inlay, common on the early scales and yes it is NOS.

The razor was listed as Garanti A. Grissola, that's all I know on the blade is a ship and the text in French
with a translator, it says For The Better. Below that import from Germany, but it sure shaves nice for a 5/8th blade.
