Took it for its maiden voyage this morning and it was great! Not only is it all you’ve said but it immediately surprised me with how well it lifted soap. And to think I had reservations about buying it. Disgustingly I’ve begun talking myself into picking up the T3 next.Congratulations!!!
THAT is my all-time favorite brush in all the world! Wait 'til she blooms up for ya!
Not too big, not too small, SUPER soft but with plenty of support (backbone)!
Not too lofty but has great follow-through!
Makes wonderfully rich lather but then gives it up to the face (as opposed to "hogging" it all)!
A curveylicious and very comfortable handle shape!
I sincerely hope you enjoy this brush as much as I do mine!
I received my shipment from Connaught Shaving yesterday afternoon. I bought an Omega Pro 10108 and Omega Premium Jade 011842. Cleaned them and did palm lathers with Mitchell’s Wool Fat. The Jade palm lather was impressive for a brand new brush. I used the Premium Jade for this morning’s shave. Face lathering MDC went well, it’s going to be a joy to break through face lathering.

Got this new Kent coming to me.
I got it on the auction site. A guy said he bought it a long time ago on a trip to Portland Oregon. He said he never got around to using it so it is still new old stock. I am excited to try it out. I haven’t tried a Kent before.Never seen that handle shape on a Kent; that looks awesome!

Arrived today! I don't know anything about these. I've seen several here and also a restoration video of one online. I saw it for sale on another site and jumped on it.
Per the seller's description: Vintage Ever-Ready 150 Sterilized Shaving Brush still in original package. Never used.
The cellophane was still there, but loose. I have no idea how old this is. It has a very nice weight and feel to it. I am thinking about shaving with it. Will the brush still be good as is? or will the knot need to be replaced?
