Old Men's Wallet/Coin Purse

My wallet is a black leather bi-fold that I got on clearance for $6 at Walmart.
I keep my coins in a small nylon zip-closure pouch that I got from Home Depot.
I had a leather coin pouch that I got when I was in Turkey, but it was stolen.

Fridays are Fishtastic!
You know, these actually make sense. I carry my iPhone in one pocket, and a limited edition Case pocket knife with engraved bolster in the other. I don’t want either one of the unnecessarily scratched. Coins do a good job of scratching things.

Utility Belt!!! That’s what you need.... and a cape.

Check this one out. I can provide Amazon link if asked.

Anyone else remember those? They were long and made of leather, with a clasp top, a bit smaller than the modern cigarette pouch. They date from the time when coins had more purchasing power, and you didn't want to lose one by keeping them loose in your pocket. They were also used as wallets, since things like ID and credit cards were rare in those days. The last one I remember seeing new was on sale in a 1970s Johnson Smith catalog.

Have no idea what their proper name was. Also have no idea if they're still sold new, or if they've gone the way of knee length breeches. Also know I haven't been able to turn one up with a web result.
Let’s get one thing straight I am an old man and I use a change purse.😀It has a little sleeve where the money clip (removed from a phone case) lives. Inside the pouch are, coins, Swiss Army jack knife, spare car key, tooth picks, small nail file, antihistamine pills, and some aspirins. What else would you need?

Roots is pressed into the front flap. I did not see any listed on their site. I think I’ve had it in daily use since 2006.
