CharBroil Big Easy oil-less fryer. Empty nesting and frying turkey takes a lot of peanut oil that we will not use otherwise.
We usually fry one and smoke one at Thanksgiving. This year, I want to try infrared. Inject, rub, and away we go.

Nice. I have one that's similar and also use it as a Dutch oven. The lids are quite valuable.

Just arrived. Solid Teknics pans.
Seasoned last night while watching The Irishman. Just enough time for two rounds in the oven with a 30 minute rest in between. Did a little stove top finishing while watching the post movie conversation.
Easy clean up with paper towels.
Got the two pans from a Kickstarter project.
I made two sunny side up eggs for my wife in the small pan, but didn’t take a picture. I really wasn’t expecting them to work this well right out of the chute.

Got some new iron. Should be about the right size for a sausage and egg muffin sammich.
The neighbor knocked on the door and wanted me to set up his Firestick so he could stream a fight on ESPN+. What a mess it was to get it all set up. When I left he gave me a sack full of:

I was cooking dinner last night and the door bell rang....dang it!!! I looked through the peep hole and recognized it as my neighboor across the street. I opened the door reluctantly thinking he needed work on his computer or borrow tools from the garage....all the while stuff is cooking on the stove. "Hey Buddy," he said...and handed me:
Went great, very fast pizza. You have to be on your toes, a couple of 20 second turns and you’re done!
Done about as fast as you can assemble them!
