I’d rate this shave a 8.5 out of 10. Completed in the shower. Lather was a bit runny but did the trick. Forgot about the proper angle until about half way through the shave. No nicks, cuts or irritation.

Prep: Wash face with soap, rinse and repeat. Leave the soap on for a few minutes while bowl lathering. Rinse with hot water.

The blade seemed less sharp today and there was some slight drag. I also needed more touch ups than yesterday. For that reason I used my alum block to check the quality of the shave, but there was very little feedback. The shave was very close shave with zero irritation. That was the 5th shave in a row with the Piccolo and there is no sign of accumulated irritation. I'm happy that I can use it daily.

I shaved with a GC.84 today for the 2nd time. The first time with a Derby extra was a 6/10 shave. Today I used a new Nacet and got a 9/10 shave.

First shave with two new items with one being the The Personna SS PTFE (1) and my newly acquired Schick injector adjustable set on 4 and WOW does that blade make whiskers disappear.(Very similar to the GEM SS PTFE)

Preshave: Wet the face + Aloe Vera gel

Post shave: Proraso green + witch hazel + Nivea balm
Results : 9.5/10 or CCS,DFS,BBS + Alum block indicates minor irritation with one blemish weeper=

Great BBS Bay Rum themed shave. The soap is a very good performer for a "vegan" but it left my skin feeling a little dry post shave. The Dominica BR AS is no longer available so i use it less often than i'd like.

The blade felt more comfortable. The trade off was a less close shave hence the rating is the same. I was thinking of switching razors but the Piccolo keeps calling me. It is so much fun!
