Unacceptably Lasering Chicken Giblets?
Today is my 1st day in 30 days I haven’t gone for a run. Not even 30 minutes. I slept in.
Overtime almost every single day and it caught up to me.
Hopefully back at it tomorrow. But maybe even 2 days of rest.

100ish rpms for 30 seconds at a resistance of 13 out of 20. 60ish rpms for 1 minute at a resistance of 5 out of 20.

3 minute warm up, 4 minute cool down

Went with a 14 high, 6 low resistance today. Yesterday didn't feel too challenging, really felt the burn today at the end of each 30 second highs.
