No problem. I like helping others achieve their goals. Which one would you like to send me?

I am certain it is still under 300. Going to clean some out though. Not enough room to display.

The distribution on this poll is interesting. The numbers form what seems to be a fairly standard bell curve, and then drop off. Only to have 12 people with over 100. Apparently there are a lot of outliers here at the B&B. Imagine that.

Does 6 Rolls Razors count in top of it?

When I first started wet shaving I think the things would breed at night. I started with 2 and the next thing I knew was I had 11. As time went on, and technique improved, I narrowed it down to 4, my 1904 and my HD, both in safety bar and open comb.

Now I think the razors are at it again overnight. I've added the Merkur barberpole HD in safety bar, and the long handle HD open comb. So I'm back to 6.

Oh, I forgot. I have both of the Merkur travel razors, the safety bar and the open comb. Looks like I'm now at 8. Help.

Only 2 - a Merkur HD and a vintage Gillette Super Speed. Hoping to pick up a slant for Christmas.

Right now, I have five razors: a Parker 91R, a Gillette ball-end Tech (second quarter 1953), a Gilette travel razor (second quarter 1966), a 1970s Personna injector razor, and a Trac II handle by an unknown manufacturer. The two electric razors don't count (they basically suck and are only around for the trimmer attachments) and will probably be sent to Goodwill during the next round of housecleaning.

I'm thinking about pruning the collection, though. My face seems to like the Parker the best and I'm not really into the idea of wetshaving as a hobby; I really just wanted to put an end to facial irritation, get great shaves, and to reduce waste, both in money and resources. That said, I may consider adding a straight and/or a disposable-blade straight at some point in the future. If that experiment succeeds, I'd probably go straight razor for home use, disposable-blade straight for travel, and the Trac II handle for carry-on air travel or when I'm in a hurry.

Right now I have exactly 10, but I expect that to change shortly -- over and over again.

Truth is, I like buying brushes better than razors at the moment. The fact that I could not be happier with my TTO trio -- '55 Red Tip, 40's Aristocrat, 40's British #22 -- probably has a lot to do with that sentiment.

Nice poll..I love how it averages out with most so far having 5-20 and then there is another bump in the "100-Please help me..." option.

Got about 8 razors for now.

Would like to settle on 12 that I would shave with equally.
