WHAT a RETARD ! sorry but I never shaved like that even when I didnt know what I was doing , I always got a BBS shave with the 1 pass M3 but I wasnt really aware if it REALLY was BBS I never faceturbated not like these days.

You can see the skin become Razor burned RED ! this must be a blunt blade or semi sharp. this is pure Horror movie to B&B.

Naw, it's just that he's one of those guys who doesn't have a dense or thick stranded beard. I work maintenence at dormitories and so have seen just about anything you could imagine. Some of these young fellas take a month old Mach3 and go to town just like he did. Still, it looks as if he has a death wish. I guarantee you if I did that it would sound like a wood plane being chattered down the edge of a plank. I have no idea what sound I would be making but turpentined wildcat comes to mind.

I couldn't finish watching that. My feet were tingling and I was trying hard to not curl up in a little protective ball. If I were to shave like that, the room would be covered in blood and I wouldn't have a face left. Arrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrgh.

That was just sooo wrong.

I think a duct tape wax job would have been more soothing.

For those who have never experienced that, it's an old high school shop class prank...find the sleeping guy who's wearing shorts, gently put some duct tape on his leg....run the heat gun over it a few times to get the adhesive sticky. Then 5mins later rip it off.

I had that happen to me once...the pain woke me up something fierce, but that portion of my leg was completely bald.

Ok, about the hunting knife thing. Total, um, bull... you know. I'd do that too. At least like he did it. Most people just don't keep their knives as sharp as a straight razor. So it shouldn't be much harder to do without cutting yourself. Now, if he had really shaved, I would be impressed a little at least. But the kid was clean shaven to start with. And he did not do his neck. All he did was put some lather on his face and scrape it off. He was at an angle that couldn't possibly cut hair half the time.

Dunno about Joel's exploits in this area. Gramps from SMF has a good story about doing this at hunting camp to prove he knew is stuff as far as knife sharpening. I bet HE had actually hair on his face at the time. And shaved his neck, too....

Sure, I'll shave with an axe. Just gotta do a couple passes with my Gillette first.... then I'll use a dull axe to scrape a little cream off my cheek.

I watched my grampa actually shave with a hunting knife on a camping trip about 15 years ago, he used a variety of 4 whetstones to hone that knife for about an hour before he shaved with it.

he also held it at an angle to actually cut hairs.

he showed me his knife after a pass, and sure enough, there was stubble in the lather.

Well, I really do believe you can shave with a hunting knife - but not like that. You'd need to hone it the right way and then use it like a Japanese straight and not like some ape with a firestone :scared:

yep, if that knife on the video was any where near sharp enough to cut beard whiskers, at the angle he was holding it at, it would have cut his face before it cut a whisker

It looks terryfing, but on the other hand if you think about it there must be blood cause no skin can take that kind of abuse, and notice there are no soap too, no way! He cannot not bleed! He was just probably bluffing. There is no blade in that razor. Or some kind of fake, movie bootafor razor. This explains the dark lightning so we don't see it in greater detail. By that electric plug I can tell it's not in US. In his profile it says he is from Austria as well. I refuse to think this could actually be true shaving. Yuk!
