Does anyone really believe these things work? It is amazing to me that they can continue to run these adds. I just saw one a few minutes ago.

This goes right up there with those "Ear Candles" that you use to draw the wax out of your ears. Theres a sucker born every minute.

They don't necessarily do what they claim, but they do pull crap out of your feet that turns them different colors. Not sure if it just from sweat from having pads on your feet or what.

As for ear candling, those things don't pull out any more wax than a qtip. Most of the stuff you see inside if you cut one open is just wax from the candle that falls down the inner walls of the tube. I had an earache a while ago, and my mom was on a natural medicine kick and tried these out. While she thought they were awesome, I thought they were retarded, and did nothing. Turns out the earache was a hair piercing my eardrum from a recent haircut.

Yikes! They may not work, but it is funny to watch someone burn a candle sticking out of their ear, and it is fun to hold your nose and blow while burning one and watch the flame shoot up.

I don't know about the pads, but I've tried a foot detox before. I wasn't sure about it, but I like trying new things sometimes. It really works. I go to a place here in Canada, but here's a link with what happens. I went in with my wife and we had them done back to back. Neither of us had the water turn black, but it was really gross. It was different colours for each of us. Anyway, here's the link:

The "foot detox" or whatever it is marketed as is a COMPLETE SCAM. Don't believe the infomercials or natural remedy companies. Its basically a chemical reaction of the water, minerals and metal diodes being electrically charged. Read this before paying for something like this. http://www.devicewatch.org/reports/aquadetox.shtml

yeah, it's El Scammo Supremo.

all that brown crap is due to the iron in the electrodes of the 'array' gizmo oxidizing.

I use Ear Candles maybe two or three times a year and it works like a charm. Wouldnt be without it. I had my doubts when my wife brought it home, but it actually works:001_smile
