I have only tried lotil's hand cream (the TOBS is a face cream) so I cannot comment. I will say - I feel Lotil is the finest hand lotion available, where as this TOBS face cream I feel is just "alright."

Purchased and used it for a month- seems to be very nice and a different scent that I liked- Just returned from a trip - where I did not use this and guess what... I shaved without any problems and didn't really show any wear and tear for not using it- maybe just me - but knowing that I can still get a good shave without this will relegate this to special occasions and the money saved will go towards some more creams and soaps.
