Description: 1941 is basically a gold plated Ranger Tech. In 1946 end caps were added but the form factor remained the same. In 1947 the design changed to where it closely resembled the late-1940s style Super Speed, but gold plated. From 1948 the center bar was notched. In 1950 the patent notice changed from "PACKAGE" to "PKG". Date codes began in 1950 with V-3.[1]
