What If I want to change the scales?

Hi guys! I have been pursuing over the myriad of posts on a wide variety of subjects and thinking about vintage or used straight razors, I wanted to ask you for advice:

Suppose I find a used straight razor that is in great condition and I like it so much that I want to change the scales for new ones custom made (for example have them made in olive wood or Arizona desert wood). Can you point me in the direction of someone in the forum that can do them and install them? Would the same person make them hone them and make them shave ready in addition to the scales?
