I know you didn't just say that.:adoration:

I wanted to make one over the holiday period but I had way too much food on hand that needed to be consumed first. I know, I know, first world problems......
The time may be right to make one soon.......

Note to self: No big ham next year, BBQ, BBQ, BBQ for Christmas.

^^^Now, if I ate all of that I would be a fatty......did someone say fatty.......

You just gave me an idea on what to do with the couple of pounds of ground buffalo meat I have...besides a few bacon wrapped burgers on the grill.

I'll be back up by the buffalo store fairly soon...if it doesn't snow and ice while going over the San Bois mountains. I do not like that.

I hope they have buffalo roasts available this time.

Cold front blew in overnight.
87° yesterday and low 60's today
Getting colder this weekend

I don't often BBQ in the summertime! Early morning or after dark is about it for me!
 
Won't be any smoking or grilling going on here for a while. The current temp outside? 21 degrees. lol
