Testing a theory

Oh, I'm not trying to prove that Voskhod, Med Prep, and Nacets are the best blades for everyone. Or that SS blades are superior to platinum-coated blades for everyone.

Blades are extremely YMMV. This "theory test" is about MY mileage. Not anyone else's. I am listing it here in case someone else has a similar issue.

Today's shave was shave 4 on the Med Prep blade, but its 2nd shave in the Progress. I used my usual prep and Stirling's Tea Tree soap. It was a good shave. I opened up a few of Saturday's wounds, but otherwise had a smooth shave.

I feel like I have proved my point to me. Platinum-coated blades cause me burning and irritation. PFTE and SS blades do not irritate me anywhere near as badly as Platinum-coated ones do.

So I'll close this test with these words of wisdom...
