A Blue Willy is Williams and Aqua Vela. Most grate the Williams and then drench it with AV and allow a few days for the soap to suck up the goodness and turn croap-like. David's version uses something much more expensive than AV, and his moniker for the soap reflects the Pen's "Blasted" name.

Thank Murray, been looking for an NOS bottle for while, and got lucky. As Sam Mention, but with the added punch of about a teaspoon of the Blasted Heath added in as well during the process
