Thanks Ron, you know it wasn't an excellent shave but it certainly wasn't bad. I will put it to you this way, it still beat shaving with a cheap bic disposable razor and a night and day difference than when I first started using this kit and had no skill at all. I don't think I'll ever get rid of this stuff for the simple fact that my wife gifted me this gear that got me into wet shaving and using the shavette razor for when I'm barbering.

Ron the scent is not what you would expect given the name. I get fruit, pears & pineapples over a base note of musk with fir deep in the background.

Shave was better than last time but still not as smooth as one of my straights, I have read on how to hone these but it's still a challenge trying to get the honing angle right.
