Thats two shaves in a row which left my skin somewhat raw and irritated. I think my skin does not agree with the super silver blade. Granted I do have the Futur set to just below 2, but the Gillette 7 o' clock super platinum worked as good as ever...

Back to work for the next two days then off for a 5 day New Years break

I just had my 1st DE shave today thanks to my boyfriend who got me my own kit for Christmas:

Weishi w/ Dorco blades
Delong Boar Brush
TSD Blueberry Shave Soap

I don't think I've gotten used to holding the Weishi properly yet. It seemed just a little too gentle. Also, my lather was a little bit runny. I still need to perfect my water-to-soap ratio with the new soap. All in all, not a bad shave for my first try with a DE considering I was using all new items.
