Back when they only made 1 per year, I used to collect them. I have that, the Enterprise D, and Spock's Shuttlecraft on my tree, the rest are still in boxes.

I didn't go over the top this year like I usually do but had to get something up for the kids in the neighborhood! Hard to see but there are dancing snowflakes projected on the windows and all the windows have wreathes on them.

Will say, I thought that red and green laser Star Shower thing was stupid ... Until I got one!

Wow! Thousands of lights now, on the second story ... Must say I endorse the thing now.

There have been similar products that were weak. Star Shower is totally worth $30. (Though the neighbors have one that went dead. They brought it back, and the clerk said a lot of people are having problems with them. YMMV.)

Enjoyed scrolling through your holiday pics! I added one ornament to my collection that was a long time coming. I have always loved all things nautical and I had not one maritime ornament...until this year. Several trips to the Charles W. Morgan at Mystic Seaport, a couple readings each of Moby Dick and Into the Sea: The Tragedy of the Whaleship Essex, as well as watching both movies a couple of weeks ago, led to this less-than-impulse purchase when I spied it at The Edison Ford Shoppe in Ft. Myers:



Gonna smile almost as much as when I hang the kids' photo ornaments!
