I don't know Derrick, this lighter would look really huge close to your skull. Might want to reconsider

Well that was fast! Came home from work and this was waiting in my mailbox. They threw in a can of butane and a sandalwood incense coil (random).

This is a really nice lighter and I see what Derrick means saying it's better for lefties.

For $15, I ended up getting a Vertigo lighter with built-in tools from Pipes and Cigars:
