Well I dont mean to be rude but I think you should see a doctor...you seem to have some kind of parasitic growth across your cheeks, chin, lip and neck.
i know a pretty cool shaving forum. the guys there will steer you in the right direction for a great shave.

Thanks, it is a self portrait. I was trying a new technique in my 'makeshift basement studio'.
Black bed sheet, halogen work lamp, diffuser, and tin foil. I think it worked out rather well.
