The new cook table came today. With this, two offset smokers, two vertical smokers, and two charcoal grills (and one of the offsets has a charcoal tray so you can also use it as a grill), I think I'm almost ready for summer cooks.

I think you are lacking in pictures. All I see is a table with wind screens and 3 different sized Dutch ovens.

Duly noted. What would you like to see? SWMBO is going to the store tomorrow.

I was thinking Cornish game hens in the 12 incher, scalloped potatoes in the 10, and maybe a broccoli casserole in the 8 inch. Or maybe a cherry or apple cobbler in the 8. Or biscuits in the 8.

Or...I could do my world famous crab meat stuffed beef tenderloin, but it would be better after BIL gets up here with fresh seafood.

Hang on a sec...

Okay...back. Had to wipe up something that fell off my fork...finishing up the last of the buffalo stew I made the other day in the indoor dutch oven.

Well, it looks like it could rain any minute here, and there's 150% chance of rain tomorrow. Gonna have to wait a few days. SWMBO did bring home some game hens, a couple of roasts, and a half a dozen ribeyes that were $4.99 a pound today.

And no, Aaron. I'm not dragging stuff out of storage, in the rain, so you can look at smoker porn. :001_smile

The commitment is just not there.

I know, while its raining, you can put together a 5000 piece jigsaw puzzle tomorrow.

Yeah, Owen...I could use the carport but I don't want to jack with the humidity..especially when it's supposed to be sunny and mid 70s in a couple of days. Besides, I still need to pick up some stuff at the store for what I want to cook and it's an hour round trip just to get to the store.

The commitment is just not there.

Oh the commitment is there. Speaking of that...I haven't seen anything cooked outside from you in a bit...is your backyard a mud pit again? Talk about excuses...have you ever heard of rubber boots? :001_tt2:

I located the two vertical smokers I don't use anymore since I can do way more than I need on the offset smoker/grill combo. It won't take but a minute to move them out.

I'll move them, along with the charcoal grills and the smoker/grill combo, up next to my fixed smoker just for you and then set up the DO table. But be aware...my outdoor refrigerator/cutting board is a big Coleman ice chest, my sink is a water hose and 5 gallon bucket, and my outdoor kitchen counter is three 6 foot long 1X6 boards on a couple of saw horses. :001_cool:
