Does anybody know if there is any clear visible difference between version 1.0 and version 2.0, so to understand what version you are looking at (in a picture for example, so no way to see the serial number and check with Oneblade)?

Not many for sure. But there are a few.
However, after further reading around the web, it looks like they are different in weight, V2 being slightly lighter than V1, but there are no macro visual differences between the two.

I put both on the kitchen scale and the first three readings showed a 2gr. difference. Subsequent readings came up with the same exact weight. So not a reliable scale.

I've got my answer from the OB team last night with apologies for a late answer as my e-mail ended up in their spam folder and indeed my 2nd OB is a V1 as well.
I see how that works; if your email is about their product or blades, it ends up in the spam folder. However if you were a Nigerian Prince ....
Ok, I'm just kidding. I have no personal experience with OB's customer service. I'm sure it's great!
