Neutrogena Sensitive Skin Post Shave Balm

So, after lots of experimentation, I found the above balm. Clean, fragrance free, leaves my face feeling non tacky. (Tacky, ie, AOS) Aaaaaaand, they discontinue it. So, I searched the archives and using glycerine and water seems a possiblility. Any other suggestions in the "cheap and available at Target" range? Also, I hate Nivea products...

I have heard good things about Aqua Velva after shave balm but I haven't been to Target yet to pick some up.
