I apply the CA at the lowest speed. I've gotten some drops of glue on the ways but it came off pretty easily. I've gotten some on my workbench too but that thing is made to take a beating. I just scrape it off.
If you meant spray as in air powered, not on brushes. I've made my own drums and sprayed lacquer from a can and clearcoats with an HVLP. I've sprayed models with an airbrush. I've even sprayed milk out my nose, but that's about it.
