Mennen stick: Four - I've been finishing off my beloved Faulding cream and am now embracing the almighty shave stick!
PS: You know the water bombs you used as a kid [or yesterday, inside, with mates at uni]? Cut the neck off one where it starts to taper in to the opening. Stretch the remainder over the end of the shave stick as a waterproof covering and slip-proof grip. Cheers!

I can believe it. My two QED sticks are going much faster than I anticipated. If I get 35 to 40 out of each I will be surprised.
Is this thread stopping when they are done?
Are we there yet?

No. This thread is going to go on forever. After I finish the QED Lime and Grapefruit, I'm going to start on a triple milled soap so that this thread will last for another two years at least.

I forgot to mention that the above number resulted from a 3x application of the stick per shave.

REALLY? I mean, when I use the chocolate shave stick, I get enough lather on my brush to go 2 full passes with no issue - and hell, likely enough for a full third pass or at least touch ups.

I rub the shave stick on my face and then lather with a brush. Due to hard water, I generally only get minimal remnants of lather on the brush when I use this method.
