I don't think I'm going to be a fan of SE shaving if this is the way it's always going to feel, and the blades are typically more expensive than DE blades. 3 passes with the Ever-Ready and Treet only left me with an SAS, so I finished with the travel open comb for DFS.

Another wonderful, smooth as butter (referring to the Proraso S/C) shave...The scent and performance of this cream is out of this world...so good in fact I've used my tube for about 6 shaves and awaiting my second tube from Maguires.

Pre Geo F. Trumper Skinfood Sandalwood + Proraso "red" sandal sample + Simpson Duke3 Best + Merkur Futur at 2 with Astra blue #2 + Thayers Lavender "alum" + Geo F. Trumper Skinfood Sandalwood with The Real Shaving balm


Today a have tested this new Proraso that a friend gently sent me and I had very good sensations with it. I got a thick, creamy foam, very similar to top-ten english shaving creams with good properties! The scent probably is the major con, I couldn't appreciate it much because Skinfood smells far stronger and better.
