Cushion-y socks

I'm wanting some thickly cushioned socks to wear at work.

I work at a dairy plant 8-14 hours a day so I'm on dairy brick flooring all day everyday.

I wear an 11.5 but the company my employer buys us boots from only does whole says. So I wear 12's

I have thick wool stocks that make the boots fit good but they make my feet hot and sweaty.

So I'm thinking something with a nice cushioned heel/toe and a breathable top would fit the bill perfectly

Do you guys have any recommendations?

Redhead from BassPro are the best I've found and all I wear with steel toe boots. Lifetime warranty is also a nice touch. Wearing these though, I've had to get my boots in a slightly larger size (nice and cushiony and seem to stay that way). As always, YMMV

You can also add an insole to the boot to in effect, make it a smaller size.
