Conditioner question.

For years I have wondered with conditioner ....
How much are you suppose to wash out....?
All of it or leave some in?

It's a bit of a daft question but I just don't know. I have been washing it out entirely.

Depends on the conditioner. The normal stuff you buy in bottles next to the shampoo is usually about the same instructions. Rub in, rinse out. There are specific leave-in conditioners, but if the bottle doesn't say leave-in, it's probably the normal stuff.

Thanks I think that is where my confusion started as Mum had some of the leave in stuff when I was a kid.

For most of them washing out is the right answer. One thing I'd also like to point out is that if you use a good moisturizing and conditioning shampoo bar a dedicated contioner afterwards is simply not necessary.

I have never used a shampoo bar...
