What's Saphire usually go for?

The only bottle my local LS had on the shelf LOOKED bigger than 750ml but had a $39.99 sticker on it.

That dissuade me from investigating further as to how much was actually in the bottle.

That's got to be for a handle, a 750ml usually goes for around $25ish here (southern California).

Quick edit: I just checked a wine shop in Costa Mesa that I buy from and they have 750's on sale for $18 and handles on sale for $28!

Costco brand London Gin is similar enough and less than thirty bucks in south Alabama for a handle.
